Salary: £44,408-£49,257 per annum (dpe)
Shifts: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00
About The Role
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor or Lead Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider at a large site in Norfolk NR4.
This is a hands-off role, overseeing a skilled engineering team, organizing planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems within a modern commercial environment.

- Monitoring the facilities maintenance tasks of a large technical facilities team.
- Organizing planned works and additional maintenance projects throughout the site.
- Contacting and coordinating specialist subcontractors for technical works.
- Working alongside mechanical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation.
Requirements of the Electrical Supervisor
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations / Engineering (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
- Proven experience in a commercial building maintenance environment.
- Excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
