Role Description
The Electrical Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Carrickmore, responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance and installation activities.
This role includes:
- Planning and allocating daily tasks
- Supervising electrical technicians
- Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to required quality standards
- Inspecting and troubleshooting electrical equipment
- Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance
- Supporting commissioning of new systems
- Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical codes, company procedures, and health and safety regulations
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reports
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to address technical queries, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement in electrical operations

Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
- Inspection and Testing qualification (Not essential but preferred)
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and safety awareness
- Experience in supervising electrical teams in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environments is an advantage
