Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking to take the next step with a market-leading engineering business?

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading provider of innovative off-site engineering solutions to recruit an Electrical Assembly Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to lead electrical assembly operations within a modern manufacturing facility, supporting the delivery of high-profile projects across the UK and Europe.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Electrical Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day electrical assembly activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead assembly teams, coordinate subcontractors and work closely with Project Managers to ensure production targets and project programmes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise electrical assembly teams and subcontractors
  • Plan and coordinate daily and weekly production activities
  • Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications and BS7671
  • Monitor productivity, quality and programme delivery
  • Carry out quality inspections, toolbox talks and ensure RAMS are followed
  • Support commissioning activities, FAT testing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with project teams to resolve technical issues and maintain production schedules

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor within manufacturing, construction or engineering
  • 18th Edition qualification
  • Strong understanding of electrical installation standards and safe working practices
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Full UK Driving Licence
