We’re looking for an Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of electricians and contractors in delivering high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused electrical services. You’ll play a key role in ensuring all works meet regulatory standards, performance targets, and our commitment to excellent customer service. This is an opportunity to lead from the front, influence service delivery, and drive continuous improvement.
This is a full time, permanent position working 37 hours per week. Contractually based out of our Basingstoke office, you'll be covering the North Hampshire area. You’ll need access to a vehicle for your work travel, but we’ll reimburse you for your mileage (excluding the 1st 15 miles of your day).

Here’s The Facts About The Role
As electrical supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the line management of a team of highly skilled electricians & external contractors to ensure that they provide a first-class repairs and maintenance service to our customers. You’ll manage, motivate, develop and support your team to ensure they remain fully skilled, flexible and high performing. You’ll carry regular 1-1’s and 90-day reviews with your team, identifying training and development needs. And ensuring that training plans are written, actioned and monitored for the team. Along side electrical compliance delivery, you'll also assist with delivery of other keys areas of compliance and the 'big 6'.
You’ll undertake quality inspections to ensure that works are carried out to the required standard and in line with policies, procedures and regulations. Being acting NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor, you’ll signing off certification for works completed by the team. Managing departmental budgets is important to this role, ensuring all expenditure is accounted for and minimising unnecessary spend.

The role will also involve carrying out both post-completion and work-in-progress inspections to ensure quality, safety, and a high level of customer satisfaction, alongside supporting wider compliance areas such as lifts, LOLER, and legionella to maintain full regulatory adherence.
We’re looking for a candidate who holds a City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation, alongside the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and a recognised Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent).
You'll have a background in delivering responsive repairs or maintenance services within regulatory and compliance-driven environments. You’ll demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage performance, budgets, and competing priorities. A solid understanding of current legislation and industry developments is essential, along with a proactive, customer-focused and solutions-driven approach.
Offers are subject to a satisfactory basic DBS.
