We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor

To join our project team in Blyth, United Kingdom. This is a site-based role responsible for overseeing electrical works, coordinating site activities, and ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and coordinate site activities alongside other trades and subcontractors
  • Prepare and manage two-week look-ahead schedules in line with the project programme
  • Attend daily and weekly site meetings
  • Manage labour resources to ensure alignment with programme requirements
  • Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure efficient delivery of works
  • Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship on site
  • Ensure all materials and plant delivered to site meet agreed specifications and are stored safely
  • Verify subcontractor plant and access equipment is certified and fit for use
  • Identify and notify project management of variations and delays

  • Relevant Electrical trade qualification
  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within an M&E contracting environment
  • Data centre experience is advantageous
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
