We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor
To join our project team in Blyth, United Kingdom. This is a site-based role responsible for overseeing electrical works, coordinating site activities, and ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise and coordinate site activities alongside other trades and subcontractors
- Prepare and manage two-week look-ahead schedules in line with the project programme
- Attend daily and weekly site meetings
- Manage labour resources to ensure alignment with programme requirements
- Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure efficient delivery of works
- Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship on site
- Ensure all materials and plant delivered to site meet agreed specifications and are stored safely
- Verify subcontractor plant and access equipment is certified and fit for use
- Identify and notify project management of variations and delays

Requirements:

- Relevant Electrical trade qualification
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within an M&E contracting environment
- Data centre experience is advantageous
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
