The Role – Electrical Supervisor, Stoke Branch
To support our expanding electrical division, we’re looking for an Electrical Supervisor:
- Based at our Stoke branch
- Oversees qualified mobile electricians
- Ensures top-notch electrical services delivery
- Key responsibility managing our key active contracts
- Guarantees safe, compliant, efficient operations
Key Responsibilities

Workload & Resource Management
- Plan, organise, prioritise, and schedule electrical services timely & safely
- Balance productivity demands with quality and deadlines

Team Leadership
- Lead/manage NVQ Level 3 certified mobile electricians
- Foster team motivation, development & performance
- Ensure disciplined adherence to standards
- Resolve issues between customers & internal departments
- Implement quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) policies

Quality & Safety
- Enforce safe systems of work
- Ensure proper risk assessments and documentation
- Maintain compliance with electrical health & safety regulations
What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications
- ECS Gold card with Installation Electrician qualification
- Experience managing and motivating skilled electricians
- Clear presence to communicate effectively with all levels of the business

Personal Attributes
- Highly organised, with confidence navigating a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
- Comfortable prioritising tasks to meet job demands

Nationwide Operations & Professional Fit
- Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points)
- Willingness freelance travel across Northern UK as per contract needs
- Understanding of electrical installation & health & safety compliance
- Preferable (but not mandatory):
- Industrial/Construction/Utilities sector experience
- City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent qualification
- IOSH Managing Safely certification
