We’re recruiting for an Electrical Support Engineer to join a leading organisation supporting offshore operations and late-life asset activities in the North Sea.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer looking to play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable and compliant operation of offshore electrical systems while supporting maintenance, integrity and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical electrical support to offshore operations and maintenance teams
- Manage electrical integrity, assurance and verification activities
- Support maintenance planning, risk assessments and Management of Change (MOC)
- Lead equipment troubleshooting, root cause investigations and reliability reviews
- Coordinate third-party electrical vendors and support minor modification projects
- Assist with decommissioning activities and equipment lifecycle planning

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an Electrical Support Engineer or similar role within the energy industry
- Strong knowledge of offshore electrical maintenance and asset integrity
- Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
- Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) is advantageous
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- OGUK Medical, MIST and BOSIET are desirable
