A highly reputable energy organisation is seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and development of high-voltage electrical infrastructure across a portfolio of renewable energy assets.
This is a senior leadership opportunity combining technical expertise, project delivery, commercial awareness, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and maintenance of HV electrical systems.
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage contractors, suppliers, and technical teams.
- Oversee operational performance, risk, and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support client relationships and business growth activities.
- Monitor project financials, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements
- Significant experience with HV electrical systems
- Background in renewables, utilities, power generation, or similar.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Commercial and budget management experience.
- Relevant electrical qualification (HNC, NVQ Level 3, apprenticeship, or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence.
