The Opportunity
Are you a skilled electrical professional looking to advance into a leadership role with a global industry leader? We’re seeking an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to guide our team effectively while upholding safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities
- Organise electrical maintenance teams in alignment with production schedules
Technical Operations & Emergency Response
- Monitor electrical systems, equipment, and inventory
- Respond swiftly to site breakdowns to minimise downtime
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Conduct risk assessments and health & safety tours
- Develop RAMS (Risk Assessment Management Systems) and SSOWs (Single Source Online Work)
- Perform Regulation 12 inspections
Team Development
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, including supporting apprentices
- Foster an inclusive, motivated team culture
Contractor & Project Management
- Oversee induction and management of onsite contractors
- Ensure safe and compliant execution of outsourced tasks

Administrative Duties
- Maintain operational records via Key 2 and IMS
Who We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Your technical expertise, leadership style, and problem-solving abilities are key to succeeding in this role:
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician
- Practical knowledge of crushing and processing operations
- Strong understanding of Quarry Regulations 1999, statutory safety guidelines, and employment laws
- Organised and proactive – excels at multi-tasking, team coordination, and prioritisation
Key Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build collaborative relationships
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent business and report writing skills
- Confident IT literacy for systems like Key 2 and IMS
- Track record of success in high-functioning teams
