Who we are
CEMA Energy Group is a commercial energy business based in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire. We install the best energy-efficient LED lighting and Solar PV systems on the market for businesses nationwide, along with battery storage and EV Charging. We are growing our delivery team and require an experienced Team Leader to take on site ownership of our installs across the UK.

Main objective:
Each CEMA Energy Install Team is made up of a Team Leader and a Team Mate. You will lead and work alongside your mate to deliver commercial Solar PV and LED installations from start to finish.

You will be the senior technical point on site representing the CEMA Energy Group in front of our customers.
You will take overall responsibility for the projects you and your team mate are allocated, keeping them on programme and carrying out the testing, inspection, commissioning and documentation that goes with them.
Communicating with the Operations Manager on a regular basis to provide updates on job progress.
Providing customer support and interaction during electrical installs.
Carrying out on-site risk assessments and maintaining safe working practices.
Motivate, coach and develop the individuals working with you.
To be responsible for personal health and safety and be aware of obligations to other employees and customers in accordance with legislation.
Responsible for upholding our values, leading by example and the workplace culture
Someone with genuine experience leading on site, who is comfortable taking ownership and holding a standard.
What we are looking for

- Time-served qualified electrician with current credentials
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and a current ECS card.
- 18th Edition, 7671 is essential
- C&G 2391 testing & inspection is strongly preferred.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Ability to develop a Team Mate or improver — patient teaching, clear feedback, taking the time to do it right rather than just doing it themselves.
- Solar PV experience and MCS-familiarity would be an advantage
Desirable
- JIB Gold Card (or equivalent) and up-to-date CSCS card (or the qualification required to obtain)
- Proven experience in commercial installations (ideally solar PV, LED lighting, or renewables).
- Solar PV specific qualifications
- Basic First Aid
- IPAF and PASMA qualifications
