The Role

You will be responsible for producing high-quality electrical and electronic components, including looms, sensors, and assemblies, along with their testing, inspection, and documentation to support F1 car operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide electrical/electronic event support during travel, including garage setup and car maintenance.
  • Assist with electrical/electronic aspects of car builds and post-event turnarounds.
  • Maintain and service on-car and off-car radio systems (Riedel and Marelli) as required.
  • Manage logistics for all electrical/electronic event equipment and spares.
  • Contribute to the design and installation of on-car and off-car systems and collaborate as part of the Support Engineering team.
  • Communicate build issues effectively, ensure accurate Epicor/TLS transactions, and adhere to team standards and fitness programs.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Built and tested high-quality electrical components and assemblies, ensuring compliance with strict motorsport standards and production timelines.
  • Provided technical support for trackside events and maintained calibration of specialized test equipment to guarantee reliability.
  • Provided flexible attendance and attitude to work, with a willingness to travel and support during unsociable hours.
