The Role
As a Test Engineer, you'll play a key role in the acceptance testing and validation of high-power electrical drive units and associated systems.
You will:
- Carry out high-voltage testing (up to 13.8kV / multi-megawatt systems)
- Monitor, capture, and analyse test data against defined engineering standards
- Produce high-quality test reports and ensure timely documentation
- Support the development and improvement of data acquisition and control systems
- Ensure all testing activities meet strict safety and compliance requirements
- Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (lean, 5S, problem solving)

What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Level 4/5 qualification in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
- Experience working with high-voltage equipment and test environments
- Familiarity with large-scale power systems or industrial testing setups
- Strong understanding of test procedures, quality plans, and safety protocols
