Electrical Sub-Contractor (Northwest Area) – Permanent Full-Time Role
About the Role
We are now recruiting electrical sub-contractors specialising in electrical EICR testing for domestic properties in the Northwest area. You will also address any remedial work identified during inspections.

Key Responsibilities
- Work independently or as part of a team to perform high-quality electrical repairs, testing, and installations
- Adhere to BS7671 standards and company work performance policies, ensuring strict compliance with electrical policies and procedures
- Implement and uphold company health and safety protocols
- Conduct electrical condition reporting, meticulous repairs, and installations to the highest of standards
- Liaise with tenants effectively
- Maintain shared vehicle stocks and provide feedback to improve first-time fixes in your assigned area
- Consistently deliver exceptional service to our client base with conscientious effort

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (e.g., C&G 2330, 2360, 2357, 2365)
- City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 (essential)
- Full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
- Asbestos Awareness training (desirable, not mandatory)

Package & Terms
- Permanent, full-time position (multiple roles available)
- Accession-based pricing: Pre-arranged testing schedules averaging 4 property assessments per day
- Competitive daily rate: £230 – £285+ per day
