CDC Group is one of the UK's leading construction, health & safety, building services engineering and electrical training company that was established in 2015, having trained over 30,000 candidates over the last 10 years, working in partnership with a number of different awarding organisations.
We are currently looking for an experienced full-time Electrical Trainer / Assessor that will be available to teach and assess our increasing number of electrical delegates.
Please do not apply for this job if you do not have experience in delivering City & Guilds electrical training courses.
Role in a nutshell:
You'll be part of a private training organisation that's truly committed to changing lives and fostering prosperity within the nearby communities, by focusing on both personal and professional growth when delivering training:
- Salary of £45,000 - £52,000 depending on your experience.
- Full-time (40 hours per week) + some weekends required (paid overtime).
- Permanent employment contract or self-employment.

A bit about you:
- Must have an Assessor & Teaching qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years training/assessing experience in Inspection & Testing (2391-52), Wiring Regulations (2382-22), Part P, PAT Testing (2377-77), NVQ Level 3 and Building Regulations.
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations and/or JIB/ECS Gold Card as a minimum requirement.
- Must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service OR dated in the last 3 years.
- Ability to commute/relocate: Hemel Hempstead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).
- Schedule: Reliably attend our working hours 08:00 to 17:00 (1 hr lunch break provided on each day), with some weekends required paid overtime.
