Position Description
We are seeking skilled Panel Wirers and Line Wirers to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient assembly and wiring of electrical panels and components. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire any unit or sub assemblies according to specifications and diagrams.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools to perform wiring tasks efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- A positive attitude to achieving deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process.
Required Education & Qualifications

- A recognised electrical qualification would be an advantage.
- Previous line and/or panel wiring experience is preferred.
- Be capable of working unsupervised and able to use initiative.
- Be able to work as a team.
- Proven track record of working with quality initiatives.
- Must be able to read, understand and wire to electrical schematics.
- To be able to set and use torque wrenches to tighten components.
- To be able to wire panels containing switch gear rated up to 400A.
- To be able to build panels using a layout when production dictates.
- To be able to use hydraulic crimps for lugs ranging from 10 – 120mm in size.
- To be able to wire in a neat, systematic and time efficient manner.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in electrical systems.
- Proficient in using hand tools for assembly tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
Day Shift - Monday - Thursday 6am-2.30pm and Friday 6am-11.40am
