Electrical Engineer / Senior Electrical Engineer
London

We're working with a growing building services consultancy that's built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality MEP engineering advice across the commercial property sector. They work closely with developers, investors, asset managers, and occupiers, providing everything from detailed design through to technical due diligence, refurbishment, decarbonisation, and project delivery.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to bring in an Electrical Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer to join their London team.

This is a great opportunity to join a business that's growing steadily, winning repeat work from well-known clients, and giving engineers real exposure to projects rather than pigeonholing them into one area. You'll work alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative team where everyone's opinion is valued, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your career as the business continues to expand.

The Role

You'll be involved in the design and delivery of electrical building services projects across a range of commercial developments, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
