What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), repairs, and installations across domestic and commercial properties
- Maintaining and fault-finding on electrical and mechanical systems, including boiler controls, pumps, communal lighting, hot water systems, and HVAC units
- Completing rewiring, testing, and inspections to ensure systems are safe and compliant
- Diagnosing issues quickly and delivering high-quality, efficient repairs
- Managing materials, recording work accurately, and working safely in line with regulations
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring homes are safe and fit for purpose
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with 18th Edition wiring regulations or equivalent time served
- City & Guilds Electrical Test and Inspection Certificate
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
- AM2 qualification preferred but not essential
- Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices
- Proficiency with IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Commitment to Bromford’s values and acting as a positive ambassador for the organisation
- Full, clean driving licence
- Proactive, flexible attitude to work and travel
- A Basic DBS Check (arranged by BFL)
