About the Role

The Licensed Electrician I is responsible for electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within commercial and industrial settings.


In This Role

Minimum Requirements

  • Education/Experience: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
  • Travel: 60–75% of the time
  • Work Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday. May include nights, weekends, and holidays based on demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains current licensing and training requirements.
  • Analyzes blueprints and applies them effectively on the jobsite.
  • Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots electrical systems (conduit, lighting, control systems, motor feeders) in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC).
  • Conducts toolbox talks, safety audits, and other safety functions.
  • Provides technical assistance to field employees and mentors Helpers/Apprentices.
  • Demonstrates ability to execute electrical projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ensures compliance with OSHA, Faith Technologies, and customer-specific safety policies, reporting hazards promptly.
  • Participates in hiring referrals and mentoring programs.
  • Performs additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
