Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to relevant codes.
  • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
  • Diagnose electrical problems using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Ensure all work is compliant with local and national electrical codes and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
  • Provide detailed documentation of work performed and materials used.
  • Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements

  • Valid electrician license or certification as required by local regulations.
  • Proven experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
  • Ability to safely handle electrical tools and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good physical condition and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

  • A company van, iPad, and a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 are available.
  • This includes 28 days’ holiday, bank holidays, and an extra day for your birthday.
