Package & Benefits

Salary: DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Undertake planned preventative maintenance, including monthly lighting and plant checks, and general building maintenance.
- Carry out reactive electrical works, including repairs to internal and external lighting and distribution boards.
- Complete routine PPM visits and reactive repairs to electrical assets across the site.
- Supervise and support subcontractors completing PPM and reactive works onsite.

Skills & Qualifications Required
Knowledge & Understanding
- Proven experience within facilities management or building services.
- Strong background in PPM and reactive electrical maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team on a large, high-profile site.
Qualifications
- City & Guilds / SVQ Level II/III in Electrical Installations
