Job Description
Electrician
£40,000 – £50,000 + Package | Permanent Position
An established Mechanical & Electrical contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Electrician to support continued growth across the business. The company delivers projects throughout the UK across a range of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Logistics, Healthcare, High-End Residential, Food Production, and Data Centres.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and growing company with a strong pipeline of work.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical installation works across a variety of projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Install electrical systems and equipment on commercial and industrial projects Carry out containment, wiring, lighting, power, and final fix installations Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Ensure all works are completed in line with current regulations and site standards Work closely with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades Maintain high levels of health & safety on site Diagnose faults and carry out testing where required Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

Requirements
Previous experience as an Electrician within the M&E or construction sector NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent ECS/CSCS card required 18th Edition qualification preferred Testing & Inspection qualification advantageous Strong understanding of electrical installations and regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and problem-solving skills
