Mobile across North Yorkshire
Full time (37 hours, permanent)
Company vehicle (business + commute use)
£39,440.75 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our Property Services team. You will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems in our homes, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical inspections, maintenance, and repairs in residential properties.
- Install electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
- Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors.
- Deliver excellent customer service and respond to maintenance requests.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Electrician, ideally within a residential setting.
- Relevant electrical qualifications/certification.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of electrical regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
