Location: Field-based – North Lanarkshire & surrounding areas
Salary: SJIB Rates/Price work - OTE of 45-55K
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (40 hours per week), plus on-call rota

At Saltire Facilities Management, our Electrical team plays a vital role in keeping homes safe, compliant, and running smoothly. We’re currently looking for skilled Electricians to join our expanding electrical team on contracts across Central Scotland.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on role and takes pride in delivering high-quality work while providing excellent service to customers.
The Role
As an Electrician, you’ll be responsible for carrying out electrical works within domestic & commercial properties. Working across busy contracts, you’ll collaborate closely with multi-trades, supervisors, and our office-based support teams to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
You’ll be a key part of a team that values communication, reliability, and getting the job done right first time.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive electrical maintenance and repairs
- Complete domestic EICRs (where qualified)
- Installation of various Heating Systems
- Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
- Maintain accurate records using provided systems (PDA)

What We’re Looking For
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- SJIB graded Electrician card
- Experience in domestic & commercial electrical work
- Experience in metal containment ie. Conduit & trunking.
- Knowledge of heating systems (desirable)
- City & Guilds 2391 or SELECT equivalent (desirable)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
