About Your Role: Electrician
We’re seeking skilled Electricians to join our valued Field Engineering Team. This is about ensuring customers receive safe, high-quality electrical work exactly when needed. Our commitment to our customers is unwavering — and as an Electrician, you will play a vital role in delivering same-day fixes and maintaining high electrical safety standards in homes.

Salary and Rewards
- Base Salary: £43,045
- Total OTE Potential: £51,389 (a realistic expectation via our comprehensive field reward scheme)
The Role
As an Electrician, you will leverage your technical skills to deliver safe, high-quality electrical work, including but not limited to:
- Fault-finding and repairs
- Electrical installations and upgrades
- Complete and partial rewires
- Ensuring all work meets safety and industry compliance, and completes right first time
Balancing strong technical capability with exceptional customer service, you will efficiently diagnose issues, achieve desired first-time fixes, and provide professional advice to customers when needed.
Training and Development
While EV charging and other Net Zero technologies do not yet form a part of this current role, they remain an essential component of our broader future strategy. You’ll have excellent opportunities to train, upskill, and acquire additional certifications in developing Net Zero technologies as your role evolves. This offers you a pathway for long-term career growth.
Minimum Qualifications Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a qualified electrician
- City & Guilds 2365 (Parts 1 & 2) (or equivalent), culminating in a Level 3 Technical Certificate, including NET AM2
- City & Guilds 2382 – B.S. 7671 IET Wiring Regulations
- Demonstrated proven experience in the electrical industry
- City & Guilds 2391/52 (or equivalent) – desirable
- Willingness to engage in future training in Net Zero technologies
