WPS is currently recruiting an experienced Electrician (Inspection & Testing) to work on social housing projects across the Milton Keynes area. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for stable, long-term work within the social housing sector.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out electrical inspection, testing, remedial works and associated electrical duties within occupied and void social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to current regulations and high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical inspection and testing in social housing properties
- Completing EICRs and associated certification accurately
- Carrying out remedial works where required
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations and company procedures
- Providing a professional and customer-focused service to tenants

Essential Requirements
- C&G 2382 β 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification
- C&G 2391 β Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
- 2β3 years' proven experience in inspection and testing
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations and standards
Desirable
- Gold Card (ECS) β highly advantageous
