About the Role: Disciplined Electrician (Perma)
We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, disciplined Electricians with strong communication skills and industry know-how.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across sites.
- Ensuring compliance with JIB and health & safety regulations.
- Working collaboratively in a team to meet project deadlines.
- Taking overtime and on-call shifts as needed.

Requirements
- Current JIB Gold Card & CSCS Health & Safety Card (non-negotiable).
- Clean British driving licence (vehicle provided).
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3).
- Experience in building services, industrial, or commercial electrical work.
- Willingness to travel within the 50-mile radius of Burton-on-Trent.
- Flexibility for overtime and on-call duties.
(Note: Agency-sourced candidates do not qualify for the £1,000 joining bonus.)
