Electrician
A great opportunity for an experienced Electrician with electrical installation, fault finding, testing, inspection and customer service skills to join a professional electrical contractor.

SALARY: Negotiable + Van + Fuel Card + Benefits
LOCATION: East Hoathly, East Sussex with regional travel
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
Additional Training Provided
Experience with Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV installations and EV Charger installations would be highly desirable, although additional funded training is available for the right candidate.

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Electrician with strong electrical installation, testing, inspection, fault finding and customer service skills.
As an Electrician you will work across a wide range of domestic and commercial projects, delivering high-quality electrical services while representing the company in a professional and helpful manner.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Electrician include:
- Electrical Installation: Carry out high-quality electrical installation work across domestic and commercial projects
- Testing and Inspection: Complete testing and inspection work where qualified to do so
- Fault Finding: Diagnose electrical issues and identify practical, safe and effective solutions
- Customer Service: Deliver a professional, reliable and helpful service to customers
- Project Work: Support a varied workload across Sussex and surrounding areas
- Renewable Technologies: Work on or develop skills in Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV and EV Charger installations
- Health and Safety: Follow safe working practices and relevant electrical regulations
- Team Support: Work independently and collaboratively as part of a professional electrical team
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Essential
- Electrical Qualification: NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition: Must hold an 18th Edition qualification
- Driving Licence: Full driving licence
- Problem Solving: Strong fault finding and practical problem-solving skills
- Professional Approach: Reliable, motivated and customer-focused attitude
- Team Working: Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Workmanship: Takes pride in delivering high-quality electrical work
DESIRABLE
- Testing and Inspection: Testing & Inspection qualifications would be preferred
- Air Source Heat Pumps: experience with Air Source Heat Pump installations would be beneficial
- Solar PV: experience with Solar PV installations would be beneficial
- EV Chargers: experience with EV Charger installations would be beneficial
- Renewables Training: MCS-related training or EV charge point installation certification would be advantageous
