Electrician (CSMB)
Role Description
Bridges CSMB are looking for quality electrical engineers to join our team.
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Industrial Electricians with the following:
- ECS Gold card
- A valid driving licence
- Proven experience in fault finding on 3-phase machinery and control systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills (client-facing role)
Exciting opportunity with employer commitments to career advancement, training, and personal development. These field-based roles offer remote working flexibility (Ideally based in the South West (M5 Corridor) or Wales) with:
- Contracted at 40 hours/week (Mon-Fri) – paid hourly (overtime included)
- Adjustments for travel time (door-to-door reimbursement)
- Company van provided
The Role
Primary duties will include:
- Driving to job locations
- Project installation
- Infrastructure maintenance
- Inspection and testing
- Fault Diagnosis and rectification

As a Customised Solutions, Maintenance and Breakdown (CSMB) Engineer, you won’t just fulfil typical электри.send—this role is customisable for you. We encourage career growth and exceeding expectations, rewarding proactive initiative.
Key client work includes:
- Electrical Safety and Management Systems (ESMS)
- Design and implementation of diverse products:
- Automatic road barrier installation
- Traffic management systems
- Site power infrastructure design and installation
- Site equipment (e.g., field conveyors, stone crushers, belt weighers)
- Control panel building and modifications
Requirements
Essential
- ECS Gold Card
- Fitness to work medical
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with 3-phase motors and control systems
- Ability to read electrical drawings
Desirable
- Test and Inspection experience
- PASMA/IPAF Work-at-Height training
- Industrial or panel wiring experience
