Come and make a difference at Karbon as an Electrician

We're looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our Damp and Mould Team, helping us create healthier homes and improve the lives of our customers.

About The Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our Damp & Mould team, delivering high-quality repairs and installations within occupied residential properties.

The successful candidate will play a key role in improving property ventilation, reducing condensation risks, and supporting damp and mould remediation programmes across our housing stock.

This is a varied role requiring excellent customer service skills, technical competence, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.

About You

You'll be a qualified electrician with experience working in domestic properties and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.

  • Experience of ventilation systems, damp and mould remediation works, and working within social housing would be advantageous.

Most importantly, you'll share our commitment to putting customers first and helping us create safer, healthier homes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
