We're looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our Damp and Mould Team, helping us create healthier homes and improve the lives of our customers.
About The Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our Damp & Mould team, delivering high-quality repairs and installations within occupied residential properties.
The successful candidate will play a key role in improving property ventilation, reducing condensation risks, and supporting damp and mould remediation programmes across our housing stock.
This is a varied role requiring excellent customer service skills, technical competence, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
About You
You'll be a qualified electrician with experience working in domestic properties and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Experience of ventilation systems, damp and mould remediation works, and working within social housing would be advantageous.
Most importantly, you'll share our commitment to putting customers first and helping us create safer, healthier homes.

Key Details
- Electrician - permanent role
- Salary is £39,429 per annum
- Location: Throughout the North East
- Company van provided
- 37 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- The successful applicant will be required to cover out of hours standby, which attracts a standby payment
- There will be an opportunity to earn additional money through overtime
