Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role
We're seeking a qualified Electrician with F-Gas certification to join our rapidly growing, well-established business based in Malvern.
This role offers an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied yet rewarding position, seamlessly blending electrical installation with air conditioning system installation, servicing, and maintenance year-round.
Winter months will primarily focus on:
- Electrical installation
- Maintenance
- Fault-finding
- Testing
Summer months, in collaboration with our HVAC team, will involve:
- Air conditioning systems for commercial and domestic clients
- Installation, servicing, maintenance, and repairs
Key Highlights

- Work is carried out across Worcestershire and surrounding areas (ideal for those within ~20 miles of Malvern)

Key Responsibilities
Electrical Duties
- Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults
- Complete electrical testing and inspections (as required)
- Ensure compliance with current wiring regulations and health & safety standards
- Produce accurate job reports and certification
- Deliver a high standard of craftsmanship and customer service
Air Conditioning (HVAC) Duties
- Install split and multi-split air conditioning systems
- Provide commercial and domestic air conditioning servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Perform fault-finding and diagnostics
- Handle refrigerants safely in line with F-Gas legislation
- Deliver professional, high-standard installations
About You
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- Valid F-Gas Category 1 Certification
- Verifiable electrical installation and maintenance experience
- Proven experience with air conditioning installation and servicing
- Full UK driving licence (essential for on-site visits)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage workload effectively

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- Familiarity with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
- ECS Card
- IPAF (Arabic Bird Induction Percussion Association) or PASMA certification
- Mixed experience in both commercial and domestic settings
