The Role
As The Electrician, You’ll
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
- Perform fault finding and repairs to ensure safety.
- Manage general electrical installation and maintenance duties.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations in all work.
- Collaborate as part of the on-site FM maintenance team.

You
To be successful in the role of Electrician, you’ll bring:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- ECS/JIB Card preferred.
- Previous experience in commercial maintenance or Facilities Management.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
