Bridgestaff Group is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering business for an experienced Electrician to join their growing team.

The Role
As an Industrial Electrician, you'll play a key role in delivering installation, testing and maintenance work across a range of industrial environments. No two days will be the same, with opportunities to work on a variety of projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Carry out industrial electrical installations and modifications
- Inspect, test and commission electrical installations
- Complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults
- Install and terminate power and control cabling
- Work on switchgear, distribution boards and control panels
- Build positive relationships with customers and site teams
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
About You
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
You'll ideally have:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds 2391-52 or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- Experience carrying out EICRs
- A full UK Driving Licence
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and a professional approach

Advantageous Experience
It would be beneficial if you have experience in any of the following but not required:
- Industrial electrical installations
- Water industry projects
- EC Card
- IPAF and/or PASMA certification
- Generators or control systems
