Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct electrical repairs, installations, and testing across residential properties.
  • Adhere to strict safety and compliance standards at all times.
  • Ensuring jobs are completed correctly the first time to meet Customer Satisfaction goals.
  • Logging all tasks via mobile technology to ensure seamless tracking and compliance.
  • Provide safe, reliable energy solutions to ensure residents have a comfortable, secure living environment.

Qualifications & Experience

You must have:

  • NVQ Level 3/equivalent in electrical installation (or previous recognised certification).
  • Current qualifications for 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and 2391 Inspection & Testing.
  • Strong fault-finding and hands-on practical mindset.
  • Experience or familiarity with housing maintenance or multi-trade repairs.
  • A full UK driving licence, with tech confidence for new systems and workflows.
