Full-Time | Permanent (PAYE or Subcontract)
£38,000–£40,000 PAYE | £230–£300/day Price Work (Subcontract)

The Role
Carry out EICR testing and inspections in occupied social housing properties, with minor remedial (C1 & C2) works completed where required.

Requirements
- 18th Edition
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- 2391 Test & Inspect (or equivalent)
- ECS card or willingness to obtain
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Domestic/social Housing Testing Experience Preferred
- Must pass an Access NI DBS check
