About the Role

Our mission is to drive the global renewable energy revolution. We're looking for exceptional individuals who can help bring our vision to life through low-carbon technology—think Electric Vehicle (EV) charge points, Air Source Heat Pumps, or Solar installations.

With roles available across England, we encourage you to apply to the location and role that best suits your preferences. Please apply exclusively to one role and location to avoid overwhelming our system.

As part of Octopus Energy Services, you’ll receive everything needed to deliver exceptional service. With our powerful tech infrastructure, we ensure minimal administration while maximising efficiency. This allows you to focus on what you do best: installing cutting-edge low-carbon technology while providing outstanding customer service.

Who You Are

We’re seeking out qualified Electricians with a stellar track record in safety and customer excellence. Often, you’ll be the first face customers see when engaging with Octopus Energy, so we expect nothing short of brilliance.

Here’s what your role will entail:

  • Installing exciting low-carbon technology in customer homes
  • Collaborating with our broader team to find the best solutions for your work and your customers
  • Leveraging your electrical work expertise to complete installations with flawless precision and customer satisfaction
  • Continuously expanding your knowledge through training at our innovative R&D training centre

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
