We're looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the role of Electrician in the Compliance Team to ensure we remain compliant and keep our customers safe.
About The Role
We have vacancies within our Electrical Compliance Teams who are delivering cyclical electrical testing & smoke alarm upgrades in our domestic homes. This is part of our on-going commitment to keep our customers, colleagues and stakeholders safe. However, you'd be expected to work across all of property services as required.
About You
The successful applicants must undertake all aspects of electrical work and be preferably experienced in all installation and maintenance work in domestic and non-domestic premises, including Mains Distribution, 3 phase and Electrical Inspection and Testing.
You should hold relevant qualifications (refer to person specification) and also have experience of the trade.
Customer service skills are essential for this role as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety.
A full UK driving licence is essential.

Electrician - Permanent role Salary is £39,429 per annum Location: Throughout the North-East Company van provided 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) The successful applicant will be required to cover out of hours standby, which attracts a standby payment There will be an opportunity to earn additional money through overtime
