Electrician - High-End Residential Projects
Location: Surrey, with some projects in London

About the Company
Our client is an established contractor specialising in integrated electrical and home-automation installations for prestigious residential properties. Its projects include luxury new builds, listed buildings and high-value renovations. The business delivers bespoke solutions covering electrical services, home automation and associated security systems, supporting projects from installation through to commissioning and aftercare.
Role Overview
Our client is looking to appoint two experienced Electricians to join its project delivery team. The role will focus primarily on electrical installation work for automation systems within high-end residential and bespoke build environments. The position will involve first-fix installation, containment and associated electrical works.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installation work on high-end residential and bespoke build projects
- Complete first-fix electrical installation works
- Install electrical containment systems
- Support the installation of residential automation systems
- Work as part of an established project team throughout the duration of each project
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship across technically detailed installations
- Complete work in accordance with current electrical regulations and project requirements
- Travel to project locations across Surrey and London as required

Requirements
- JIB Gold Card
- 18th Edition Electrical qualification
- Previous electrical installation experience
- Experience completing first-fix and containment works
- Ability to work on high-end residential or bespoke construction projects
- Ability to travel to sites across Surrey and London
What’s on Offer
