Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified to 18th Edition Wiring Regulations standards
- Experience in fault-finding
- Experience with reactive repair and maintenance within the residential block sector
- Technical knowledge in lighting and electrical services
- Experience & knowledge in Inspection and Testing (qualifications preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry
- Full UK driving licence (clean)

Responsibilities
Technical Tasks
- Service & maintenance of emergency lighting systems
- Reactive repairs – Small Power & Lighting
- Ability to perform LED lighting system upgrades to high standards
- NIC-EIC Fixed Wire Testing, remedial work & improvements
- PAT Testing
- Emergency lighting repairs, improvements & upgrades
- Commercial EV charge point installations (when required)
