Requirements
- Qualified to 18th Edition standards
- Experience at fault finding
- Experience with reactive repair and maintenance within the residential block sector
- Technical knowledge in lighting and electrical services
- Experience & Knowledge in Inspection and Testing (Qualifications Preference)
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry
- Driven, loyal, dynamic, and a team player
- Highly effective verbal communication
- Full clean UK Driving Licence

- Service & Maintenance of emergency lighting systems
- Reactive Repairs – Small Power & Lighting
- Be able to carry out LED Lighting system upgrades to the best quality
- NIC-EIC Fixed Wire Testing & Remedial & Improvements
- PAT Testing
- Emergency Lighting Repairs, Improvements & Upgrades
- Also be able to carry out Commercial EV Charge point installations when required
- Be punctual, a team player and dependable.
- Carry out works in the most professional and polite manner.
- Always leave each and every site clean, tidy and presentable.
- To ensure that the relevant documentation is fully completed in an accurate and timely manner – including instructions, timesheets, work reports, service reports.
