Electrician Roles at EMCOR UK
Role Overview
- Location: Aldermaston, Berkshire, RG7
- Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Onsite Allowances
- Flat-rate overtime for Mon-Fri
- x1.5 on Sat/Sun/Bank Holidays (BHs)
Hours
- Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:45–16:30 (1615 finish on Friday)
- Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 07:45–16:30 (plus every other Friday off)

Responsibilities
Electricians will work on high-profile sites, responsible for:
- Installation & maintenance of electrical systems
- Troubleshooting & repair of fault diagnostics
- Ensuring compliance & safe working practices
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified to City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent NVQ & C&G 2382
- 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations compliant

Nice-to-Have Experience
- C&G 2391 Part 10 (Inspection & Testing)
- Commercial/Industrial electrical experience
- Experience in LV distribution systems
- Knowledge of standby power systems, including prime movers & UPS
