Production Operator – MedTech Manufacturing
Vision RT is a fast-growing MedTech company transforming radiation therapy for cancer patients with Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT), the world’s leading 3D camera-based guidance solution.
Our systems are integrated into 24 out of 25 "Best Hospitals for Cancer"* (U.S. News & World Report). We were named Britain’s fastest-growing private tech company (Sunday Times 100 Tech 2025) and have received the 2026 King’s Award for Enterprise—our fifth in a decade. Recognised for bold innovation and transformative work, we combine the security of a global enterprise with the velocity of a startup.
With ~300 employees across UK, Poland, and the USA, we operate independently under William Demant Invest A/S, one of the world’s largest healthcare investors. Here, you’ll balance scale-resources with practical execution—delivering high-impact technology that makes a tangible difference in oncology.
About the Role
As a Production Operator, you’ll play a pivotal part in manufacturing Vision RT’s SGRT systems, ensuring these precision medical devices meet the highest standards—from scatter-free 3D cameras to software-ready tablets. Your work directly improves cancer treatment patient by patient.
You’ll master electro-mechanical assembly, from soldering and wiring to final-system functional testing. Working in a high-mix low-volume environment, you’ll support process efficiency and quality—aligning with FDA/ISO 13485 compliance.
It’s hands-on manufacturing with meaningful impact: every product you build will be the difference between a radiation plan that works just right and one that doesn’t.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
