Electronic Components Sales Representative
Location: Tamarac, Florida | Warsaw, Poland | London, UK | Shenzhen, China (On-Site)

ASC Global, a leading independent distributor of electronic components since 1996, is expanding our international sales team. We are seeking a high-performance International Sales Representative who thrives in the fast-paced and highly competitive electronic components market.
We’re expanding our international broker team and looking for experienced sales professionals who already know how to hunt, negotiate, and close - or who’ve lived inside the electronic components ecosystem.
This is a full-desk role with autonomy, accountability, and serious upside.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Run your own high-activity, revenue-generating sales desk
- Drive new business through outbound prospecting and account development
- Manage the full sales cycle from sourcing to close
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and margins in fast-moving deals
- Build and maintain long-term OEM, EMS, and MRO relationships
- Track market intelligence: shortages, allocations, excess inventory
- Collaborate with global purchasing, commodity, and operations teams
- Treat your book of business like your own operation
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- Electronic components brokering / independent distribution OR
- High-performance B2B product sales with strong closing history
- Proven ability to generate and close new business
- Strong negotiation instincts and margin awareness
- Comfortable managing multiple deals across time zones
- Self-directed, disciplined, and competitive by nature
- CRM and spreadsheet proficiency
- Multilingual skills are a strong plus (not required)
