Senior / Lead Electronic Engineer (Analog / RF)

Location: Chelmsford - Hybrid
Salary: up to £75,000 Gross per annum + 10% bonus

Your Role:

An opportunity has opened for an experienced RF / Analogue Design Engineer to contribute to the development of advanced high-power and high-energy subsystems, including within next-generation technologies such as directed energy.

You’ll be working within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with engineers, stakeholders, and partners to design and deliver technically complex solutions in a specialised and evolving domain.

Your Background:

  • Strong experience in RF engineering, with solid theoretical and practical grounding
  • Proven background in analogue circuit design
  • Experience working within complex systems or high-performance environments

Desirable:

  • Exposure to high-power and/or high-voltage systems, or a strong willingness to develop in this area
  • Understanding of energy storage technologies (e.g. capacitors, pulsed power systems, batteries)
