Senior / Lead Electronic Engineer (Analog / RF)
Location: Chelmsford - Hybrid Salary: up to £75,000 Gross per annum + 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities
An opportunity has opened for an experienced RF / Analog Design Engineer to contribute to the development of advanced high-power and high-energy subsystems, including next-generation technologies such capac directed energy.
You’ll collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, working closely with engineers, stakeholders, and partners to design and deliver technically complex solutions in a specialised and evolving domain.

Requirements
Mandatory
- Strong experience in RF engineering, including both theoretical and practical knowledge
- Proven background in analog circuit design
- Experience working within complex systems or high-performance environments
Desirable Additional Qualifications
- Exposure to high-power and/or high-voltage systems, or a strong willingness to develop expertise
- Understanding of energy storage technologies (e.g., capacitors, pulsed power systems, batteries)
