Electronics Engineer – Cambridge - £45-60k

Currently seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to join a client based in Cambridge developing a range of exciting products. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of whole systems design including electronics and firmware and will have a passion for problem-solving and developing new products.

Duties will include:

  • Contribute to the design and development of analogue, digital, power, video, and embedded electronic systems.
  • Design and develop electronic hardware for both new product development and enhancements to existing products.
  • Create electronic schematics, provide PCB layout input, perform design calculations, and produce supporting technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of analogue and digital electronic circuit design.
  • Experience producing schematics and supporting PCB layout and design.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex electronic systems at both board and system level.
  • Hands-on experience using electronic test equipment
