The Role
As an Electronic Gaming Host, you’re more than a friendly face—you’re the beacon of excitement on our gaming floor. Your warmth and enthusiasm will be the first impression guests remember.

- Welcome, engage, and inspire—greeting guests with a smile and ensuring their experience is personalised, memorable, and fun.
- Set the tone—turning the floor into an electrifying hub of entertainment, making sure every guest leaves wanting more.
- Deliver exceptional service—with a canny understanding of the electronic gaming offer, ensuring all interactions leave a lasting impression.
- Be a team player—collaborating with colleagues to maintain the highest customer service standards, even when things get busy.

Essential Skills & Experience
- A working knowledge of electronic gaming, its products, and how they contribute to business performance—plus a willingness to learn more.

- A positve mindset, paired with exceptional social and customer service skills—your ability to connect and stand out will shine.

- Flexibility—this role operates across 24/7 and weekends, including late-night and early-morning shifts.
About You
- UK residency, with the legal right to work here.
- Age 18+ (or equivalent in local law).
