About the Role
As an Electronic Gaming Host, you’ll be the welcoming face of our electronic gaming floor, playing a key role in crafting an unforgettable experience for our customers.
Your enthusiasm, energy, and customer-focused personality will shine as you greet guests, engage with them, and ensure they feel valued. You’ll transform each interaction into a moment of excitement and care, exceeding expectations and fostering a lively, engaging atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver exceptional experiences.

Skills & Experience Needed

A fondness for gaming culture and the ability to understand how electronic gaming contributes to guests’ enjoyment and business success.

Experience working successfully in a hospitality sector environment.

A positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a friendly, sociable personality.

A willingness to be part of a team, ensuring consistently high service standards.

Flexibility to work during 24/7 casinos operations, including night shifts and weekends as required.
