About the Role

As an Electronic Gaming Host, your role is pivotal in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers, as you’ll be the welcoming face of our electronic gaming floor.

Your enthusiasm for connecting with people will shine as you greet and attend to our guests, making them feel both valued and entertained.

Responsibilities

Your job goes beyond mere interaction; it’s about infusing every moment with excitement and care, ensuring that:

  • Each guest's visit exceeds their expectations.
  • A vibrant, engaging atmosphere fosters repeat visits.
  • You create memorable experiences through thoughtful service and a friendly demeanour.
  • You set the tone for a fantastic gaming adventure for every visitor.

Skills & Experience Needed

  • An understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit & those factors which impact its contribution to the business, together with a willingness to learn more about this product area.
  • Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.
  • A positive attitude, great customer service, and social skills.
  • A willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered.

Works schedule note: This role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Key requirements:

  • Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
