Electronic Security Systems Engineer Physical Systems – Up to £42,000 Basic plus overtime, vehicle, medical benefits, training and career progression.
Covering the South East / Kent
SSR Personnel are recruiting an experienced Electronic Security Systems Engineer to support installations, servicing, and maintenance across the South East, including Kent, Surrey, and London. You’ll work on a variety of commercial and residential sites, delivering high-quality security solutions and excellent customer service. This role offers a competitive basic salary up to £42,000, with opportunities for overtime, training, and long-term progression.
The Role
- Install, commission, and maintain CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients on-site
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company procedures
- Participate in an on-call rota when required

The Person
- Proven experience working with electronic security systems
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
