We will train, develop and support you, if you have the right foundation in electrical or electronic engineering, we can teach you the rest.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be involved in the planning, setup and execution of EMC/TEMPEST tests, working directly with customer equipment and contributing to high-quality technical documentation under UKAS accreditation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the development of EMC test plans under guidance
  • Setting up customer equipment for EMC and TEMPEST testing

  • Any hands-on experience with electronics or RF measurements (including during an apprenticeship, college course or first role)
  • The ability to write clear technical notes or documents
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with customers
  • Willingness to travel occasionally in the UK or overseas
  • Basic ability to use equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analysers or antennas (training provided)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
